Information we gather
We require certain information to allow us to respond to your enquiries. These include your name, address, telephone number, email address, as well as your credit or debit card number and expiry date. This information allows us to process your purchase and to send you confirmation of your purchase by email or post. We ask for your telephone number so that we can contact you urgently if there is a problem with the transaction. GTT passes personal data, which includes information about your method of payment to the credit or debit card company that issued the card with which you made your purchase.
We do not sell customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future.
Newsletter
By joining the GTT email update service, we will send you our newsletter. If you wish to un-subscribe from our newsletter you can opt out by clicking the un-subscribe button at the bottom of the email newsletter.
Questionnaires
Occasionally we may ask for information using questionnaires. Participation in these is completely voluntary and the user has the choice whether or not to disclose the information.
Competitions
When you enter a GTT competition we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so that we can administer the competition and notify winners.
Tell a friend
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, the user, using the GTT email service, will send an email to the friend. Under no circumstances will the friends email address or any other details be stored by globaltraveltraining.com until the friend subscribes to the GTT newsletter or makes an independent enquiry to the member of the GTT team and enters this information themselves.
Site Tracking
We use tracking software to monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site to better meet the needs of visitors to globaltraveltraining.com. This software does not enable us to capture any personally identifying information.
Cookies
GTT makes no use of cookies through out the website
